Alok Somani

Alok是Ninety South Limited公司的常务董事,该公司位于上海,为新兴公司提供战略与策划的咨询服务。他在工程、财务、业务领域拥有超过20年的经验,并参与企业Abbott Laboratories, Mars, BP, Hess和PopCap等业务合作。他毕业于University of Michigan机械工程学位和加州大学洛杉矶分校安德森商学院工商管理硕士。他已婚,拥有两个可爱的孩子,业余时间喜欢高尔夫运动。

Ron Efron

Ron成长于美国和以色列,从12岁开始创业。之后他在美国Palm Beach College和以色列Tel-Aviv University学习商务管理,并随后就读于天津商业大学中文系。自1997年以来,Ron已经创建和管理中国和亚洲地区的多个成功的企业。他具备流利的英语,中文和希伯来语水平并拥有超过17年在中国和亚洲的业务经验。

IT Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

 

1. Provide daily support for network infrastructure and client desktops;
2. Maintain general IT equipment, including PCs, printers, scanners and phones etc;
3. Monitor and provide troubleshooting support for enthernet/telephony/WIFI network systems;
4.Provide maintenance support for MS office/AutoCAD/ antivirus software and other commonly used software applications

5. Provide support for other projects or tasks assigned by the IT manager.

 

Requirements:


1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Computer Science;
2. Around 2-3 years experience with IT service support.
3. Familiar with Microsoft servers and desktop products;
4. Familiar with Cisco products, CCNA is a plus;
5. Team player with quick response, hard worker with professional attitude, professional IT speciliast with problem solving ability;
6. Professional communication skills with good written and spoken English 

Application Developer (Multiple)

Location:

Beijing & Shanghai

 

Role Expectations:

  • Develop and extend the core system functionality by:

 

  1. Developing new application scripts

  2. Develop custom workflows

  3. Answering product related questions

  4. Conducting needs assessment

  5. Configuring proof of concept applications

 

  • Assist the sales team in product areas throughout the sales lifecycle.

 

Core skills: 

  • Strong JavaScript skills

  • Experience developing applications using JavaScript

  • Experience with integration projects

  • Solid database knowledge

  • Ability to read and write in English

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Preference for graduates of Computer Sciences or other related field

  • Experience with C++, .NET, HTML, or/and ERP systems would be great!

Implementation Consultant (Multiple)

Location:

Beijing & Shanghai

 

Role Expectations:

1. Assist the sales team in product areas throughout the sales lifecycle.

2. Discovery meeting with sales consultant 

3. Mapping prospect’s requirements in Trigger products 

4. Summarize the solution based on Requirements of prospect for sales consultant maintain customer profile 

5. DEMO Customization and DEMO Presentation 

6. SOW stage consulting to help sales consultant with the proposal

7. Answering product related questions

8. Conducting needs assessment

9. Configuring proof of concept applications

10. Creation of the RD document and aid in creating proposals

 

Required Skills:

 Need related ERP project experience.

Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

  1. Use various channels to develop a database of high quality leads to ensure predictable revenue and continuous growth.

  2. Use proven modern sales methods and best practices (Cold Calling 2.0, Social Selling) to develop and manage effective relationships with prospective clients

  3. Perform detailed analysis of prospects to qualify leads before introducing them to Trigger Networks’ Pre-Sales ERP Consultants.

  4. Use requirement discovery questions and processes to collect rich market data for the marketing and solution teams to help Trigger develop solutions that continuously satisfy customer requirements.

  5.  

Professional Expectations

  • Achieve detailed understanding of customer requirements to help Pre-Sales ERP Consultants to develop effective business solutions for each prospective client.

  • Use personal judgement to identify prospects that are genuinely suited to Trigger Networks’ Cloud ERP solution services and filter out companies that do not fit the target customer profile.

  • Make effective use of Trigger Networks’ internal sales automation system to track work processes and record high quality data about each prospective client. Data recorded in the system shall be the basis for associate performance reviews.

  • Achieve a detailed knowledge of the ERP solutions provided by Trigger Networks in order to qualify leads accurately and to present a highly professional first impression to all clients during the initial contact stage.

  • Develop and maintain a highly professional online presence

  2. Considerate, respectful attitude to prospects and colleagues. Aggressive, “always be closing” sales professionals don’t need to apply.

  3. A fast learner who is open to new ideas.

  4. A fearless communicator who is willing to talk to anyone.

  5. Fluent spoken English, excellent written English.

  6. Proactive attitude to teamwork; able to identify and propose areas for improvement in daily work processes.

  7. Patient and not afraid to experiment with new B2B sales methods. 

  8. Unquestioned ethics and personal integrity. 

 

Preferred:

  1. Fluent spoken Mandarin.

Performance Metrics:

  1. The primary performance metric shall be the number of qualified leads discovered independently by the associate.

  2. Other performance metrics include: total revenue generated by discovered leads, compliance level with standardised daily, weekly and monthly sales workflow processes.

Sales Consultant

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Aggressively achieve personal and dept. revenue and profit targets.

  • Generate and identify sales leads.

  • Arrange meetings and sales presentations with potential clients.

  • Preparation of quotations.

  • Negotiate and sign contracts in accordance with Sales Goals.

  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.

  • Provide ideas and suggestions to improve sales results, reputation and market share.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor degree or above

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on solution-based sales experience.

  • Foreign national or local with overseas work/study/living experience are preferred. 

  • Strong analytical skills, detail oriented with demonstrated multi-tasking ability.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Team player.

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (oral and written).

 

Marketing Executive

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for sales enquiries (inbound calls and online enquiries), achieve general understanding of potential client business requirements to identify potential new customers for Trigger

  • Nurture leads through marketing campaigns (email, online sites, social media, etc.) to help Trigger convert leads into customers

  • Produce marketing content in Chinese for a variety of campaigns, including email newsletters, online blogs, product introduction materials, sales tools

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent written Chinese, able to write persuasive written marketing materials

  • Excellent English reading/translation ability

  • Fluent spoken English preferred

  • Professional telephone manner

Sales Assistant

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for collecting and updating the customers’ information, related documents filing, etc.

  • Be responsible for issuing quotation, draft sales order and sales contract.

  • Handling, transfer and communicate internal job process according to business procedure.

  • Support on sales team’s administration requirements.

  • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years working experience as sales assistant is preferred.

  • Very careful and responsible personality.

  • Familiar with daily administration job and enjoy doing supporting work.

  • Good communication skills and good ability on learning new knowledge.

  • Good command of English and computer skill.

  • Good team work spirit and can work under pressure.

Receptionist

Job Description:

  • Customer/visitor reception

  • Office facilities maintenance

  • Door system and key management

  • Office supply order, distribution, administration and payment

  • Office environment/cleaners management

  • Assist transact visa and invitation letter for employee

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above

  • Fresh graduate or relevant working experience in MNC

  • Good English communication

  • Proficient User of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Polite, kind working style

  • Professional appearance and manner

  • Fast learner and patient characteristic

Finance Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and management reports

  • Ensure a smooth month end close, financial and management reporting

  • Ensure all management reports are completed in an accurate and timely manner

  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process

  • Provide solutions to any issues in relation to client facing

  • Proactively involve in client pitching preparation (pricing) and client procurement negotiation

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree preferable in economics, finance or other relevant majors

  • Good command of English in both speaking and writing

  • Familiar with the finance and tax regulations

  • More than 3 years’ experience with financial management, preferable background in foreign company

  • CPA background is an advantage
